Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) – calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – calculated at checkout
Shipping Restrictions Due to federal and state regulations regarding hemp-derived CBD products, we do not ship to the following states:
Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.
If your order is placed with a shipping address in one of the above states, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund. By placing an order, you confirm that CBD products are legal in your state and that you are of legal age to purchase them.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Nature's Healing CBD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at natureshealingllcgroup@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for returned shipments unless the product is deemed defective.
